Every edge of the entity graph

1. The fact is recorded in the organizational record with its evidence: a government document, a platform record, a third-party page, or the owner’s own statement.
2. A claim is written in exact wording and classified by the independence of its source.
3. The claim is supported only when a source the organization does not control locates it. Otherwise it stays a candidate and is labelled owner-stated wherever it appears.
4. Only claims approved for publication are rendered. Private evidence stays private; the card says “on file”.
5. The site is rebuilt from the record (this build: node e812ddd76b) and checked against a predeclared acceptance contract before release; after release, the site records in the node what it published.

The stamps

1. verified — A source outside the organization’s control was observed to state it.
2. owner-stated — The organization asserts it; no independent source has been located yet.
3. pending — A record exists but is not yet public or not yet complete.
4. absent — Deliberately stated as not existing — for example, a platform the organization has no account on.

Independence of a source

owned, paid, syndicated, earned, government. A government record is a registry entry held by a public authority. An earned source is a third party the organization neither owns nor pays. Owned sources are the organization’s own sites and statements; paid and syndicated sources never support a claim.

Each returns one of PASS, FAIL, BLOCKED, NOT_APPLICABLE. The verifier’s independence is declared with each report (same_agent, isolated_ai_review, separate_operator, external_independent); the checks behind this build were run by the same agent that built it, and are labelled as such. Profiles and links

Every live, verified first-party profile of the exact entity is listed in sameAs on the canonical declaration, and each profile carries the website/identity link back (rel=me where the platform renders it). One @id repeated everywhere; never a second declaration. Held out until they resolve: sam.gov (404 until Active), Google Scholar (AMB-010). Inbound links last measured 2026-09-13.
